I absolutely love Kanye's new album packaging. One of the only reasons I HAD to buy it. But I was thinking about when I was younger and had no interest in "art", I still had an infatuation with things like: movie posters, pokemon, digimon, Sanrio, Star Wars, Crazy Bones, watching how the monsters were made in Power Rangers, etc. and that's because-now looking back-all those things had really amazing illustrations/craftsmanship, for the most part. Pokemon cards used everything from holographics, sketches, clay models, painting and more and more.
